Jacob deGrom broke out of his funk, throwing 7 great innings allowing just 1 earned run on 3 hits. The Mets spoiled the largely anticipated debut of Julio Urias knocking him out just through 2.2 innings. A Neil Walker RBI double and a Juan Lagares 2 RBI single were all it took for the Dodgers to pull Urias. David Wright & Juan Lagares solo homeruns put the Mets up 5-1 and they took that lead going into the 9th. A meltdown by Jeurys Familia left the game tied 5-5 going into the bottom of the 9th. It didn’t take a while for the Mets to strike back, Curtis Granderson ended the game on a walkoff homerun.
